What makes food different from one another is its distinctive properties it possess. Food per se is man’s requirement and is needed in performing day to day activities but a good number of people are picky when it comes to their food intake. Nevertheless, when we talk about cheese, this attitude takes to another direction as there is one popular brand that has become everybody’ favorite due to its silky flavor and feel and that is no other than the Blue Stilton Cheese.

This is the most popular among cheeses and has lorded it over the other kinds. Maybe it is because of the different uses that it is capable of. I have read that it can act as an ingredient to many recipes.

Taking you down to the kitchen can make you see how it enhances a dish. You would see the chef sprinkling it over the soup, spraying it on salads, adding some amount on the main dish, setting aside something for another dish later, and baking a cake with a measure of it. All these and more uses can come into one’s creative mind.

It also comes out as one of the favorites when it comes to wine pairing as you could choose whatever kind you like to pair it with. And even though it is fast becoming the favorite of many, it still hangs on to being humble and works further to satisfy the desires of people like us.

Another feature that I like to talk about is the web of veins that crisscrosses its body. Those blue lines that you see seem like patterns from a drafting board. It seems like an abstract design that conveys some message.

One can just gape in awe with the pattern of its veins and the delicious taste that it offers. Its taste would range from being salty to spicy which sends some shivers down your spine. But the most appealing part is its strong rustic smell that sends you to think of its age.

I don’t have an inkling about anybody who would come to say that I was wrong on feeling towards this delicious cheese as what I feel is enchantment and pleasure every time I take a nibble. Was I fascinated with how it was produced and developed into the delectable food that it is? Right now, I’m thinking of dropping by a local gourmet cheese shop and see if I can find the kind of cheese I’m talking about.
